A Bucket Of Stones

I believe that LACK, is a relationship shaped void. The powers that be would have us believe that our lack in life, is the result of a lack of education, coaching, money, etc... While all of these things are good and necessary, they are not the answer.

I believe we were designed to be in relationship with God, expressed through relationship with one another. When we ignore, diregard, or mistreat one another, we amputate parts of ourselves that are necessary for our own survival. Sure we may get along just fine in some instances without this amputated part but it is only a short ammount of time, before the part we removed becomes necessary to our survival.

Sure! you can spend lots of money, and time in therapy, attempting to replace the amputated part with a prosthetic, but I assure you inspite of your best efforts, the prosthetic will never measure up. So it is when we attempt to replace a god-ordained relationship in our lives with work, money, sex, and any other vice. There are simply no substitutes for relationship with our fellowman and fellow-woman

The idea that we are so connected could be a very frightful thing. However, if appreciated and understood, it can be a very rewarding thing. Imagine if you somehow found the strength to love beyond your pain and disappointment. Knowing that the disappointment, is simply, the unpleasant gift wrapping of an incredible gift, required by you, for this stage of your life. You would then be able to appreciate the gift barrer(he or she who caused you pain)and welcome life sustaining resources, through this experience.

For this reason, Let us come together (unify) and work harder to love one another, care for one another, and forgive one another. Judge not that you be not judged, for the same standard of judgment you issue out to others is the same standard that shall be issued to you. Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.
